Greetings! My name is Sean Curley, and I serve as your magnet coordinator for the 2021-2022 school year.  This is my first out-of-the-classroom experience after serving as a classroom teacher for 26 years, and I’m loving it. I’m at my best when I’m closely connected to a vision and/or plan to serve others in a major way. In addition to being a coordinator, I serve as the secretary for my church and as an executive member of the West Adams Neighborhood Council.
 
I’m a native of Los Angeles and a graduate from Canoga Park High School. I received my undergraduate education from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma where I majored in English literature and theology. My post baccalaureate education includes CSUDH and Walden University.  I live with my beautiful mommy and my two precious dogs. When I’m not working, I love to read, travel, crochet, play Scrabble, and swim.
